"This is not the review I did 4 seconds after they finished the job - this is the review 16 months after the job. Years ago, we had our windows done. Mind you, their salespeople are extraordinarily assertive, personable and charming - and rightfully so, as they will spend hours and hours in your home making and finalizing the sale, as well as closing out your project. The problem is, they talk super proudly about their lifetime transferable warranty - which "covers absolutely everything! No matter what! You can take a razor blade to the screens just because you feel like it and they will be replaced, no questions asked!" This...is not true. The warranty is like all other warranties - subject to defects and defective installation only. No coverage for wear and tear, issues due to neglect/accidents, acts of god or anything related to weather or the elements. In fact, even if you paint over it or have work done by outside companies that affect the product in any way, the warranty could be voided. It was ABSOLUTELY sold to us as though NOTHING was out of bounds as far as repair/replacement was concerned. Shame on us for not going through all the warranty info with a fine-toothed comb, but the pep rallies by the salesmen we had ( one sold us windows, the other siding/gutters/trim) really get you excited. You love these guys and totally trust them for their enthusiasm and knowledge. You would not believe how much they push that their warranty covers EVERYTHING - FOREVER! So either these guys are trained to tell us something other than the truth and don't read the warranties themselves, or they lie for the sale and keep you in their pockets until the project is over, when you never hear from them again. Any issues we called about AFTER they physically left our property, were ignored or put off until forever - such as debris from work left for over a month on our front lawn, or nails that we were promised would be picked up thoroughly using a metal detector so our child wouldn't puncture his little feet (made them come back twice and they still did a pretty terrible job - are those nails even magnetic???), or the shutters they were supposed to change out for us. The quality of the materials is extremely high. The quality of the work done was high. The customer service, when all is going great, is awesome. Once you have a complaint though, they are nearly unreachable. They don't want to hear it. You can contact customer service, but they will just leave a message with the PM (if he didn't call me back when I called him, why would he when cust. serv. reps from Wherever, USA tell him to?). Nothing but the product quality separates them from anyone else, so weigh your options. Power is NOT cheap. Bottom line - OK company, great salespeople (personality- and effectiveness-wise) and products, poor customer complaint resolution, fair cleanup (looked great, but super unhappy about finding HUNDREDS of nails in our lawn), average lifetime warranty. I put that I would hire again because YES & NO are the only options. I chose YES because I know more now and I do think they sell superior products and there are loyalty discounts. If UNDECIDED were an option I'd have chosen it. As long as everything goes great, you'll be happy. If not, best of luck to you."

"All Under One Roof gave me a quote and began work 2 weeks later. There were no extra charges or costs associated with the work performed. The estimated 3 day schedule was 2.5 days including clean-up. The team was completely professional! They came in on day 1 and laid out tarps and drop clothes to protect my windows, shrubs, and siding. They laid down wood under the dumpster not to damage my driveway which is sometimes forgotten by other contractors. The team completed the strip and new installation in the time estimated. I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. They then worked closely with my insurance adjuster to agree on a fair price. Their customer service and attention to detail is exemplary. I was always able to communicate with their office management and the onsite construction team. I look forward to hiring BBS General Construction for some future projects that are long overdue!"

"TJ installed three exterior doors in the house I recently moved to. We were suspicious of a lot of rot under the doors, especially the large front door, and wanted to make sure new doors were not just installed, but the entire framing repaired and replaced before new doors went in. TJ measured everything before his estimate (which was highly detailed and accurate) and came back to confirm measurements before ordering materials. He completed the work in the exact timeline he had given us, and was great at communicating over text and phone calls. He found and repaired the rot under the front door, and then repaired and installed two normal sized exterior doors, including our basement door which was a mess to begin with. TJ also had to deal with some not-so-great flooring installation from the previous owners, and he made it work. The floor looks great, you could never tell there was a 3ft by 5ft section removed and repaired just a day before. With TJ's help, we were able to custom order the exact door style we wanted, and he helped us with some design and materials choices. The house has been given an incredible facelift, and I feel so much better knowing the doors are safe and sturdy. TJ was extremely courteous and thoughtful in his work. He left the work area and property looking immaculate each day he worked with us. He was also very conscientious with our dog, which I appreciated. I have received massive compliments on all the doors, and will be working with TJ again for our deck this summer. We signed the contract with confidence and excitement because TJ's results are very professional and will certainly last a lifetime."
