"First Fence were very responsive to provide a quote. Provided opinions regarding fence layout but put my requests first. Their quote was in line with other quotes but we selected First Fence due to the accompanying warranty. Installation scheduling was prompt and they were able to make last minute adjustments to layout after I changed my mind. The installers worked quickly and maintained attention to detail. I checked progress approximately every 3 hours to review quality of workmanship and raise new issues - they were receptive to adjusting to my requests as they worked. There was one minor defect that we noticed after completion of the installation - they sent a different crew the next day to resolve the issue. Lots of granite rock to dig through and engineering a solid, beautiful gate while working with existing chain link and 60 yr old concrete. The crew was very professional and respectful, nice hardworking young men. The fence is beautiful and they made sure all work materials and debris were fully removed. "The job was done well and to my satisfaction. The Reddings brothers were professional and helpful in explaining their repair process. I would have liked to see where they pored the concrete for the corner pole that held the 2 halves of the fence together. As it was, there was already dirt covering the base of the pole when they brought me out to show me the completed project. When I inquired about a bottom border piece to discourage further vandalism that led to the need for this repair, he explained the parts needed, and stated I could call his Dad, Mr. Redding, to obtain them."
