"I think this company is excellent. My review is way overdue, so apologies there. But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. I have 4 different roof levels and have replaced the others at various points using 2 other roofing companies. Three Trees is the only roofing company I would hire again. "It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."
