Prior to the appointment, Douglas advised me to purchase replacement motors only rather than buy new exhaust fans when I discussed the issue with him. This was consistent with what I had researched online and discussed with a hardware store employee. Saved time, money, and the headache of having to repair and paint the ceiling. A good experience overall."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! "You say - it is just power washing. Well, my husband will NOT climb on the roof - and due to time issues will not spend the time necessary for most power washing jobs. I have used Home Team several times. This time, I waited too long but finally got them out to clean our multi level roof and gutters. Then we added the driveway power wash (we have a pretty good sized driveway.) I like driving up to my house and not seeing all the branches and the moss that was starting to grow. The driveway looks awesome. Probably the first time in 25 years that that has ever happened! The person who came out was on time, texted me prior, took note of some of my requests (be careful of the sky light.) My husband was home the entire time that this took place and said that the person doing the work never seemed to take a break. My husband is very impressed w/ the worker's work ethics."

He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub. We went with the composite decking and couldn't be happier with the quality of the materials used not just for the decking but for the structure itself and the railings. The quality of Scott's craftsmanship is superb. I have dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and the quality and professionalism Scott provided is among the very best."
