"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road.
