"The employees starting with the initial phone call were very professional and answered any questions.  They arrived a little early for the appointment, even though they couldn't find my house at first.  There were two technicians, one of whom was a trainee. When they were done, the technician explained to me where the lint was accumulating in the duct and how to occasionally clean it out.  After they left, I felt relieved that the vents were clean and there was no reason to worry about a lint fire.  I would recommend this company highly for this service. <br />"

"I was extremely satisfied with the crew at C.A.R.E. They were prompt and very courteous, and also extremely accommodating. We couldn't have the crew come in on any other day but Sunday, and it was no problem for these guys. They worked around my schedule and the schedules of my staff. Anything that they had to move in order to do their job, they replaced when finished. Each air vent was carefully removed, and after the duct was cleaned, the vents were replaced and cleaned, as well. There had been a smoke/fire in the building several years earlier, and had left a faint odor in the duct work. Now the office smells fresh and clean, and it's reassuring to know that there is nothing harmful in the air that my employees are breathing due to this issue.
