"I was extremely satisfied with the crew at C.A.R.E. They were prompt and very courteous, and also extremely accommodating. We couldn't have the crew come in on any other day but Sunday, and it was no problem for these guys. They worked around my schedule and the schedules of my staff. Anything that they had to move in order to do their job, they replaced when finished. Each air vent was carefully removed, and after the duct was cleaned, the vents were replaced and cleaned, as well. There had been a smoke/fire in the building several years earlier, and had left a faint odor in the duct work. Now the office smells fresh and clean, and it's reassuring to know that there is nothing harmful in the air that my employees are breathing due to this issue. "We needed to replace our water heater that was leaking, and we decided to go to a tankless Rennai. The owner of the company came out himself to look at the space and to make sure he gave me an accurate quote. He took measurements, and explained my options to me. This was my third quote, and while it ws the middle and not the cheapest they came across as very dependable and this was important as I needed the job done ASAP. They came out within a week of the initial visit and completely removed my old water heater, installed the new tankless heater and tested everything all while I was at work. They came back after I got home from work to make sure I was happy with everything and to show me how to use the controller I elected to have installed as well. They cleaned up everything and left the space better than it started. Very professional, and they even made sure I knew about the Excel rebate (which I hadn't known about) and helped me fill out the paperwork to make sure I got the rebate. Would happily recommend them for any plumbing job. Of course while they were they I asked them to give me an estimate on replacing our house heater as well, and they are going to be coming back in a few months to do that project at well. <br /> While the price was still very expensive, I feel that after comparing all three quotes the price was fair for the quality work that was done. Also, we had the 72 unit put in, which seems to be the most common Rennai unit recommended for a typical single family home. We have had the unit in for a month now and are absolutely thrilled with it, no problems at all. <br />"

"Garrhs was great to work with. The guy (Tim) came by to look at the unit that day ( a friday) and we had someone out the following Monday to get the unit replaced after it quit working. The crew that came out was polite and kept the area clean which is more than most construction companies I've hired have done. They took the time to show us the filter and explain how to change it ourselves and when, to limit needing a service call for just that. Garrhs was reasonable and very helpful in getting my furnace back up and running ASAP. They even gave us several space heaters to get through the weekend until they could come and replace them. If I move again Garrhs is who I'm calling for HVAC help, no question."
