"Rod was fast in responding to installation and deposit of the vinyl fence. The quality of work was excellent. However, I am still waiting to have a lock installed on my rear gate. I've called several times and never receive a reply. Changes were made for the fence and the price difference was not refunded so the materials I paid for were delivered on my request. One gate lock was installed and as I said I am still waiting for the other lock. BEFORE MAKING YOUR FULL PAYMENT TO ROD I WOULD RECOMMEND TO HOLD OFF FINAL PAYMENT UNLESS YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!!"
