Donnie was pleasant and informative about what needed to be done and then said, "not a problem; I can fix it." It only took him 15 minutes to complete the job. The ironing board is as good as new and we couldn't be more pleased. His price was very reasonable. We also learned that Donnie is a certified welder, having graduated from trade school. He came several times to measure the railing requirements, and designed/built the railing, that had to be customized, because the steps are not exactly level or always the same. not surprisingly not everything fitted immediately, but he fixed whatever needed to be fixed as soon as possible and was always very pleasant about it.
