"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

"Hired for a Deck replacement and Gutters based on their 5 Star reviews. Gutters look great, No complaints there. Now the deck, Did not like the fact they used our plastic cart to mix the concrete without even asking us (cart now lined with concrete), I would think a General Contractors crew would know to at least take the plastic tags off the ends of the wood (where deck lines house you can see plastic tags on all the ends).. Several places where they nailed railing you can visibly see they missed a lot of supports (wish I could post pictures). The staining looks terrible (I believe its from staining over wet wood... From a distance the Deck doesn't look that bad, but when on the Deck it certainly isn't a 5 star worthy job. Really wanted to give a good review, But have to give an honest one instead."

"We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. The team had an excellent range of skills and knowledge to tackle the variety of work we needed them to do. We will definitely call Leon Home Repairs again if we need more work done in the future."
