"I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there werenâ t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. If you need any roof work done, you should absolutely contact Three Tree Roofing. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"I am completely happy with the new roof. I found a list of shortcuts on the web that some roofers use and Stout did not do any of them. We requested four bids and Jake was the first to respond. All bids were close in price and about four weeks out. When we decided on Stout, Jake said they had an unexpected opening and could start the next day. The next day, a shingle supplier showed up at 8:00 sharp. Just as the supplier started packing up, a recycling-dumpster truck arrived. When that truck left, three roofers were on site and ready to go. As they were working, I emailed questions to Jake and he responded the next morning. The second day was cut short by rain, but the roofers sealed everything and there were no leaks. After they finished on the third day, I climbed on the roof and carefully inspected every detail. I found one shingle with a small tear that probably would not cause any problems. But I told Jake and his crew was back the next morning and replaced the shingle. All work appears to be very good quality."

They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish.
