"We had A Better Roofing Co. do our roof about 8 years ago. They were excellent. They are always there for us when we have questions like: can we attach something to the roof without damaging it, etc. They have come out to study the questions and give answers. This time, during the storm and rain, a tree fell and damaged our roof some. They came out the next morning and scoped it out. Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did. They returned and installed and repaired the damage. It looks great. They are a company that not only stands behind their work, they don't forget previous clients!"

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago and we were thrilled with the work, cost, and their professionalism (see my previous review). I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost. "Marlon the owner of MCS is outstanding to work with. No one likes to hear they need to have their roof replaced,. But we had 3 bids and they all said the roof could be repaired but it will be only a TEMPORARY fix. Eventually it will need to be replaced. MCS was by far the most Responsible bid. Check for yourself, you'll see. Marlon and his team members Erick and Reinel were the BEST you could ask for. They arrived about 8-9am and didn't leave until around 7pm. Once they were done for the day, they left the place spotless. Overall I would rate MCS a 10 Star if it was available.. If (Or When) you hire MCS for the job, You Won't be Sorry . Wayne"

"I think this company is excellent. My review is way overdue, so apologies there. But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. I have 4 different roof levels and have replaced the others at various points using 2 other roofing companies. Three Trees is the only roofing company I would hire again. Oh, and also amazing clean-up, as well as cleaning of my other roof levels!"
