Outsourced the job and the next rain ended up in a leak from a screw for one of new vents damaging attic insulation, master bath ceiling (water pooled and dripped down from the can light in the master bath that was just under the leak). He first refused to accept responsibility and then refused to pay for the repairs to the interior damage. He is also not insured. On top of it, he was a total a**hole of a person when he showed up eventually to take a look at the damage and kept questioning the cause for the interior damage. I paid $800 outnof pocket to fix the interior damage and repaint it. "
