"Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. We also wanted to add an exterior door to the space which required him to remove a window, cut through a brick wall, frame the new doorway, create a threshold and install the new door and hardware. He framed, insulated, drywalled and trimmed out the interior brick walls, making them safe to play around. It looks like a completely different room, and it's quickly become or favorite in the house to spend time in. We LOVE the work that was done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Eric again."
