"Greg and his entire team were great to work with in all stages of the project start to finish. We had a very comprehensive project performed, our asphalt driveway replaced with concrete/graded (asphalt was crumbling for years), our garage slab replaced with new concrete/graded (massive cracks from previous owner water damage), front walk way replaced with cobblestone brick (concrete walk was sunk/too steep) and our front steps also done in cobblestone brick. Greg is very knowledgeable on his trade, very credible, highly personable and straightforward, which we really appreciated during the bidding process. Crosstown’s bid was fair for the project scope (not the highest by any means, nor the lowest) and they were the only vendor we entertained (5+) in the Twin Cites MN area that guarantees their work on concrete and brick work and publishes/encouraged us to contact previous clients as references. We viewed and spoke to multiple previous clients around the metro and their reviews and Crosstown’s workmanship were great. Planning for the job all summer was great with open and timely communications (calls, emails, texts) with Greg. The Crosstown demo and concrete/brick crews were very punctual, professional, kind and treated our home site as if it were their own (they went out of their way to not damage any landscaping, garden beds, structure, etc.). We had a great time watching and interacting with the crews during the week long project. We would defiantly have Greg and his teams back over for lunch if they were in the area. The project totally transformed our home’s appeal and functionality. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Greg and the Crosstown Concrete teams. Thanks again Greg."

"These guys are great! I would hire them again any time for more work on a patio, or any landscaping needs. We wanted to install a small patio under our deck from our walkout basement. We thought we would get just a small concrete pad, so I called around to several places. Most of them did not call me back, or said the job was too small. Our real estate agent who sold us the house several years ago suggested I contact Patios and More to see about a paver patio. Mike Cordes got back to me almost immediately. He quickly scheduled a time to come out and see what we our space looked like. We liked what he had to say about building a new patio using pavers instead of poured concrete. He developed a plan in about a week along with a cost proposal. He came back out to our house to show us the plan. We liked it and signed the contract. He put us in their schedule for about 6-8 weeks later, and said it would take about three days to complete the job. Instead, they were here in about three weeks and worked a couple of long days to complete the job in only two days! We are quite happy with the final patio. They did a tremendous job. Some key take-aways about this company: - Their cost was quite reasonable for the quality of the final patio. - They are reliable - they show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do. - They did everything we agreed to in the contract with no questions and no changes, and actually went beyond our expectations. - We were particularly impressed with their attention to cleaning up and repairing the lawn. This repair was part of the original contract since they knew they would have to drive a loader across the existing lawn. They repaired everything with high-quality sod so it looks even better than the original lawn. - The entire crew was friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They all seemed happy to answer questions we had as the job proceeded. - They are just a great group of people. We most highly recommend them."

"Quick response to an email sent for a price quote for lawn aeration. Mike called and provided a price for the job which was in line with other price quotes.The weather this year was very wet and this caused a delay in gettting the job done. Mike kept in touch and was able to fit the job in during a very busy spring cleanup season. Mike was very thorough in asking questions about sprinkler heads, landscape lights etc that would be potential issues with aerating a yard. The job looks good and the yard will benefit from having this done. I would use AAA Lawn Service in the future for this type of job. They are a local company and are very customer friendly. "The project went well.  Corey and Al were responsive to a few issues that came up during the work time and addressed them.  The only issue that wasn't addressed is that there could have been more river rock delivered, because the end of the pond liner was showing in the front of the garage.  Our project was done so late in the year that we really didn't have time to address this before it snowed. We had to buy more river rock in the spring to make it look better.  When I asked Goodfellows if we could get more river rock through them, they said I could buy it myself at Bachman's.  I didn't dock Goodfellows for this, but I would have been happier if they had gone out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with how the job looked this spring."

"We had great work that was done on this project. Existing steps and patio were demolished and debris hauled away; patio walls that were secured by adhesive were installed; pavers over a large patio area were placed; and a series of 14 steps consisting of 300pound steps approximately 18x48x6 were set into place to the new patio. All of this work was done on time, the crew worked for 6 weeks, five days a week to completion. They worked tirelessly and were professionals that did meticulous work and should be proud of the product they produce. From beginning to completion, the people were professionals and great communicators in describing the process for a successful landscape project."
