"If you are looking for paver patios, the installers are great. They did a very nice job, and were professional throughout. They would clean up every day before leaving, addressed any questions we had timely and we are very satisfied with the results. We also added a gazebo to our patio design. It was very clear that gazebo's are not one of their strengths. We encountered many issues with the design and build of the gazebo long before construction began. We had hired Josh in October to complete all elements of the landscaping project the following spring. Over the winter months, we had asked on many occasions for catalog photos, or anything that would confirm what the finished gazebo was going to look like. The pictures were never sent and the only indication of what it might look like came just a few days before the project began and was a very small (1x1) black and white picture. Our expectation of the gazebo was that the material used would be cedar. We had asked for glass windows that could be closed during the cooler and winter months. We were assured on many occasions that cedar material and glass windows were what we were going to get. As they were starting to build the gazebo, the material was not cedar, rather it was pressed wood. As the windows were installed, they were not glass (despite being told that very day they were glass), instead they were a plastic film over the screens. We were left in a very difficult position where we were essentially forced to concede on both elements. While the gazebo is functional, and will suit our needs, had Josh sent just ONE picture sometime in the 5 months or so prior the project start, we may have been able to make a different decision. Related, and something else to be aware of. When trying to reach Josh about start dates, etc I would say he was not always as responsive as I would have expected. Furthermore, there were multiple instances where what was promised was not delivered. Again, if you are looking at a paver or patio project - these guys are great and I would recommend their workmanship. However beware of anything more than that."

We called 4 different contractors, John from Don Green's Dirt Service was the only one that called us back. He came out within the week and gave us a quote. It took time trying to discuss with 10 people. John stopped out for a second time and gave us 3 different options as price was a concern. Once we all agreed on price/work, John and his team were able to come out the next week and complete work. A few of us watched the whole process. You could tell how efficient they were as doing this many times. Work was completed in 1 day and for quote amount. There was extra gravel used but John did not charge us any extra. The road looks great and concerns were fixed. John and his team took the time to walk us thru the project and inspect before payment. They did such a great job on this we are having them back in the spring to clear part of our land.

"Christian and his crew completed the job exactly as agreed upon and in less than two days. The concrete patio that is supported by this wall is unevenly which created an issue when rebuilding. Christian explained the issue and what needed to be done. The work area was thoroughly cleaned and an adjacent flower bed was left looking better than before. This wall is one of two projects we have had done by Sauser Landscapes. Christian and his crew are incredibly respectful, accommodating, flexible, and dedicated to producing quality work. "For years we have been at a loss as to what to do with our extremely shady backyard. Tom responded quickly and listened to our concerns. He then developed an easy to maintain design using hardwood mulch and shade plants. He also applied grass seed to the remaining are of our back yard. To our great surprise, he has been able to get grass to grow, which no other reputable company has done. His pricing was very fair and he did not skimp on plantings or on the amount of mulch he laid down. We found him to be a man of integrity and amazingly dependable and in many areas went above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased with his work, we decided to use his company for lawn mowing and future landscaping needs."

"I would've given them an "A-" on price only because the quote came in a little higher than we'd expected. However, we also chose not to compromise the materials we chose in order to get the price down. We are thoroughly impressed with our entire experience with Goetz Landscaping. Al was our designer. We wanted a contemporary and modern design and he nailed it right away. Al was completely thorough not only with the work but also in dealing with our association. Our association required tohave a certain percentage of "buffer zone" in our back yard and they are very strict about maintaining. Al coordinated everything including the 3 inspections by the association that needed to take place. The crew that showed up was terrific. They were on-time, friendly, and very professional. They explained what they were doing and were meticulous with their steps to ensure quality work. They started on a Tuesday where they'd cleared away the area and put in the "layers" of the foundation. That night, we had *torrential* rain and turned the dirt into mud. On Wed., they worked half a day (where it rained the whole time), but were concerned that it was still so wet. On Thurs., they were still concerned about the stability of the foundation. They wanted to give it the weekend to dry out. On Monday, they'd work the entire day and, when we came home, explained they wanted to ensure a solid foundation, which required more layers - so they basically started from scratch. We were so impressed with the fact that they did not stop until they were sure the work was high quality. Again, the experience was fantastic and I would recommend them in a heartbeat."
