"The crew arrived on time with a flatbed truck and a back ho. The forman took a reciprocating saw and cut down both sides of the posts while crew members loaded the sections of OLD fence onto the flatbed. In less than an hour only the posts were left. The back ho was used to pull the old posts. Most of them were gone in half an hour. Others took awhile. The bulk of the crew left and two men stayed to dig new post holes. The crew then came and set the new posts in cement. They let the concrete cure over the weekend. I was asked initially if I wanted it to happen during the week or over a weekend. I was informed that the panels would arrive that next week and in the crew placed a temporary chain-link fence to contain my big dogs. The panels arrived earlier than expected and were installed in short order. The lawn and sidewalk were left clean at every step. <br /> Without exception this was the BEST bit of work I have ever contracted. EVERYONE in the company that I had contact with was not only friendly but very professional, from the office staff to every member of the crew! <br />"

"Everything went really well. The gentleman worked very hard and put in long days despite high temperatures, he offered a nice style of fencing, and he was very detail-oriented. Furthermore, he enjoyed informing and educating us about the project and the fence."

"I contracted Eric to restore my dining room walls, ceiling and floors after ice-**** damage. At first, everything went well, and Eric was very responsive. Because we had to wait for the hardwood flooring to arrive, the job dragged on for weeks--actually for a few months, and as time went on, it was clear that my job was a "filler." Eric's team worked on the project when they had time. The guys who showed up were all very nice, but from what I could tell, they lacked the skills and/or attention to detail that I believed was warranted. (The painting lines along the ceiling line is very jagged and inconsistent. There are areas along the wall where the painting was incomplete. The hardwood planks are installed such that unstained sides show, and the wall retexturing does not match the existing.) I sent many emails to Eric, after nearly every time one of his team members worked on the project, explaining my concerns, as well as my uncertainty about the quality of work I should/could expect from him and his team. He always sent someone to address the issue, but they always left without fixing the problem/s. Needless to say, the back and forth was frustrating, and toward the end, I became resolved that I wasn't going to get the level of workmanship I had hoped for. I requested that Eric come to my home and meet with me. Maybe I was being too fastidious, and if so I wanted him to review the inconsistencies with me and let me know if he thought I should/could expect a fix. Eric refused to come meet me. In an email, he said he "had no intention" of coming. He was too busy elsewhere, but he'd send his "No. 1 guy." That guy showed up, and he too was very nice, he did not adequately address my concerns. At that point, I gave up and just agreed to send the final payment. I'm left very disappointed that he chose not to meet with me to review my concerns. Furthermore, besides being unsuccessful at completing the job satisfactorily, the "No. 1 guy" left a terrible mess from the spray-on texturing application he used to "fix" the job. And given that it took them a lot of tries to match both the color and type of paint, they ended up with about a dozen gallon cans, all of which they left in my garage, along with extra insulation that I then had to dispose of. The photos include examples of what was done in 2012 and what was done recently by Remedy Residential."

"It went very well. Initially, as with all fence repair companies, they were "several weeks out" for scheduling us. I had tried to schedule with several other companies, and in all three cases, they either never responded, or did not show. G&T Home Repairs set a date with me a couple weeks out. Then they showed up on that day. They called me a couple of times to remind me. They also called me the day off, to let me know they were running late, but the did show up at the new time. I would definitely use them again, and have their card stuck on my fridge."

"I had a very mysterious problem with my guest shower in that the water would only get luke warm. The water The hot water worked everywhere else in the home except for the shower. First of all, Chris was able to identify one possibility for problem by phone, which impressed me because it was such a strange thing. He was able to schedule me within a week and arrived promptly. When he looked at the situation he discovered that rather than the problem he had originally anticipated it was, it was only a matter of replacing a small part. Fortunately, it was not the other problem that would have required going through the wall, etc. I include this information because it is evidence that Chris is an honest, trustworthy, and highly competent craftsman who could have taken me for a ride, but did not. The job was also completed for less than $100.00. I feel this is a small price to pay for a nice hot shower for my family and guests. It is always comforting to know you have someone you can depend on to do an excellent job in the most cost effective way. I have future plans to upgrade my bathrooms and will certainly call on Chris for this project. <br />"

"From beginning to end, the project went smoothly. I met with Greg and Zach for an estimate. They told me what they could do for me and left me with a lot of color options to choose from. They were patient as I chose a color and gave me their recommendations for combinations. They use top quality products and they work hard to get the job done. They are perfectionists and go well above what you'd expect. They prepared and caulked every inch of my home. In addition to painting the house body, trim and gutters, they restored my back patio doors (which I was contemplating replacing because they were so ugly) and they replaced two screen doors with new ones that they found on sale. They also installed 6 exterior light fixtures and painted my light post! Truly, my house looks like new! I was so impressed with their attention to detail, that I hired them again to paint the interior of my house. (see review of interior painting)."

"Service was great. Joe provided me with a quote before doing the work and stuck to the quote. Repaired fence looks good."
