"This summer we planned to replace our 30-year-old cedar shake shingle roof with a new architectural shingle roof. I looked to Angie’s List, Home Advisor, and NextDoor for recommendations for roofers and narrowed the list down to my top 4 choices. I contacted each of the companies using an on-line request for estimates. Within a minute of sending the request, I received a call from Noah (Project Manager) with Certified Roofing. It wasn’t even necessary to schedule an appointment to measure the roof as he was able to use satellite imagery to measure our roof. By that same evening, Noah had completed and emailed us the estimate! It was two weeks later and several appointments before we received estimates from the other roofing companies for comparison. Not only was Noah’s initial contact and proposal the timeliest, but the estimate was the lowest quote we received. It included the best quality of architectural shingles offered plus 2 new skylights. I was also impressed that the proposal listed every detail of the job; from the description of the product down to the day-to-day process, including daily clean-up. The proposal was so thorough and comprehensive that I was able to submit it directly to our HOA Design Review Committee as part of our proposal. Noah met with us at our home and brought sample boards of the shingles for us to select colors and style. Based on our vacation plans, the job was scheduled for later that month. Just prior to the start date, the materials were dropped off in our driveway and a Port-a-Potty brought to the site. I never counted, but the crew had to have included at least 6-8 people. From start to finish, the roof was completed in 3 days and it looks fabulous! Certified Roofing told us exactly what to expect and they delivered what they promised."

"I had a pluged gutter in a rainstorm and they were able to come over that afternoon and get me unplugged and back up to speed this is no easy job as it s over 35 feet in the air still wonderful service good prices in the future they will be doing my Windows and gutters and roof moss removal which they did before for me!"

Definitve gave me the best plan to re-roof my house and deal with the issues I was having. They gave me two options, a cold roof or a hot roof. "I would recommend Curiosity Builder to anyone looking for roofing repairs and inspections. We have been having Ice dams during the winter for a few years so we had them come out this summer to evaluate our roof and see what could be done versus having a whole new roof installed. Jeremy and Bruce were great, they did an evaluation of the house roof and found that we had heat leaks that were leading to the ice-dams. They recommended a fix and did not see the need of a new roof replacement or shingling (we had our roof re-shingled not too many years ago). They also did an inspection of the gas fireplace which we had changed out from wood and shared with me where that heat loss was occurring and subsequently repaired that. The team that they had were very mindful of the interior of our house (most of the work occurred inside) and made sure everything was protected. They were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend."
