They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. They truly live up to their name, and we will be going back to them when we need to replace our roof!"

I'd already had 3 other companies tell me they wouldn't work on my cedar shake roof AND they were booked out for weeks. Carlos and his father Ahmed arrived on time, and after showing them the leaks and the house, they promptly hopped up on to the roof and took thorough photos and explained what was happening. "Ricardo Gallegos responded quickly to my request to bid on a low slope PVC membrane roof repair. His bid was reasonable and clear, better than several other companies. The Job: My roof was installed incorrectly around the chimney by the original installer which caused the decking underneath to rot out. Ricardo repaired the roof in September 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025 after several very rainy days and am happy to say the job is holding up very well!
