"OOL came, quoted, and executed professionally and personably. The actual repair came out to less than the quote. As a courtesy, they rearranged loads to tune the system load for LEDs, rather than halogens. We will definitely use them again."

"I hired Portland Sprinklers to put in a system in for me at the end of Nov. 2019. During the bid process John was always on time if not a couple of minutes early. He came out a couple of time to answer all my questions and refine the design of the system. I live in Gladstone, very rocky soil, and have a fully landscaped lot of about half an acre with low water pressure so it was a challenging project. The system ended up being 14 zones with 80+ heads in total. During installation, John and his crew put back any plants they had to disturbed. They put down plywood to protect on all concrete surfaces they were walking on and cleaned up every night before they left. John adjusted the system to make it work for my lot without hesitation and even added landscape lighting wire for me in the sprinkler trenches. I would highly recommend him and Portland Sprinklers."

"Lenny was very quick to respond and schedule a time, and helped me come up with different solutions for my sprinkler system. In the end, Lenny recommended not to make an expensive repair due to a variety of factors. I appreciate this type of honesty and work ethic. I will definitely uses him again when something comes up. Thanks!"

"I thought It went great. The man that came the first day was a very hard worker. However, after he and the guy the next day were finished we noticed that the power washer had splattered mud all over the grandkids play house and all their toys as well as in the outdoor kitchen. His work was good except for this major issue. We feel the job was too much for one person. The guy that come the next day was new on the job; did his best, but had troubles with screens, etc. However, he did a nice job on the windows."

"Response to my initial query was quick. Kevin the owner came and right away was able to work with my budget and come up with solutions. I felt he was hearing my priorities and making sure the work would be done correctly. We were able to schedule the work right after the holidays, and a crew of 2 efficient workers showed for 2 1/2 days as promised. The workers were super tidy and while I was expecting walls to be opened up as we discussed, they managed to leave without any needs for patching or repairs, which was on its own an added bonus. The office is great to deal with and very responsive to call or emails. I am super pleased with the whole works and feel so relieved that my house is now up to electrical standards. Thank you!"

"When Bill arrived we reviewed the projects and I asked if I could assist him and he was agreeable. <br /> He fixed 3 wiring issues where I had not <br /> wired wall switched plugs correctly. He installed a light fixture we <br /> purchased, (I had removed old fixture). He removed and replaced <br /> 3 new bathroom fans with new quieter fans I had purchased. <br /> When I had called to make the appointment ABC suggested we purchase the fans to <br /> save money and to have those ready for installation. <br /> <strong>That was great and honest advice from ABC- thank you. </strong> <br /> These fans all had to be "retrofit fans" (newer to market) <br /> since we have vaulted ceilings with no attic access to the fan areas. <br /> I had learned about replacing fans by talking to the <br /> manufacturer of the old noisy fans and a call to Bvtn Pratt Electric. Bill <br /> from ABC said the research and purchases we did prior to him arriving made the <br /> work go smoothly and was appreciated. I opened boxes, had directions <br /> handy, and cleaned up. I found him to be informative and he took the <br /> time to explain why things were working or not and what he was doing - <br /> so I learned a lot. Since we got done with the above list rather <br /> quickly, I decided to install the new ceiling light in the dining room <br /> rather than pay another service call fee. It was worth it! I purchased <br /> and installed the light the next day- easy! <br /> <strong><br /> Overall I was impressed with Bill's work and the quality of information he shared. </strong> <br /> I think the $140 service call is a bit steep, since we paid for another 4.5 hours, but <br /> agree that the $100 an hour for the type of quality work that Bill did was a <br /> very worthy expenditure. <br /> I also spent $280 on quiet fans from <strong>Beaverton Pratt Electric</strong> and had very good & experienced help there too. <br />"

"It went extremely well. Despite heavy rain, and even hail, the workers dug out mounds and mounds of half dead juniper, which had deep extensive roots, limbed up various firs, installed gravel and cleaned up everything. They worked long hours and worked very, very hard."
