"The movers were absolutely fantastic. They were quick, efficient in space and time, friendly and talkative, and professional in getting to the right place at the right time. The quoters on the phone were also friendly, but purposefully skipped through a lot of the pricing details. They said things like "don't worry about supplies, the movers will have them" which is true, but they charge you for all of the tape, blankets and covers, which you don't get to keep (which the people on the phone won't tell you unless you ask). The quoters also skipped over the "18% fuel surcharge" until the day before my move. When I pressed them on that detail, they clarified that its 18% above your hourly subtotal, not 18% above the price of fuel they use. Its a frankly slimy way to hide the fact that your actual price of service is 18% higher than advertised. I loved the moving service day of, and would hire them again in a heartbeat, so it's frustrating to me that the slimy pricing/selling techniques are making me think twice about using their service again in the future."

"Everything was perfect. Movers were able to show up for a "last minute" move. They were not only on time, but early. Got the job done quickly. Wrapped everything for the move. I was going to do the move myself, however, after this experience, I was so pleased, why put myself through all that work. And the cost was far below what other movers wanted. "Crew was awesome, very professional and personable. I can't remember their names, was a couple of months ago, but those two guys were as professional as it gets. I would have spent all day trying to do what thay did in a half hour. The company overall was great, and I would definitely use their services if I ever need to move again. Reasonable rates (get what you pay for, cheap is not the way to go with your stuff), professionalism, and punctuality. Good company, and I highly recommend them."

With it being last minute and the amount of items I had, other competitors were unable to assist because of the time frame or the prices were outrageous.
