"GREAT! This company replaced my whole roof which had been in place for 28 years ago, which they had also installed because of hail damage back then. They are incredibly neat; lined the complete outside periphery of my home area with tarpoleoums to catch the debris of the removal of old shingles & under-lament. They are very swift, in that the whole job was done in two days. The job also required temporary removal & re-installation of 4 tubular skylights, some wood repairs, installation of modified roofing material on a low pitch 20 X 20 ft. area, ridge vents on the house & 400 sq. ft. carport, & lawnmower shed. Their job successfully met the Texas Windstorm requirements. I chose this company because of the excellent job they had done 28 years ago and completely trusted them again do a great job. My being a do-it-yourself type from having built part of this home, gave me an insight upon observing every step of the roofing job. Having had a favorable recommendation from my local State Farm Insurance agent, further said this company was still doing good work. Yes, I will use them again if needed."

"The Sunpro installers showed up promptly at the specified time, loaded up with all the necessary tools and materials as promised by Marc. They wasted no time in getting on the roof to begin taking measurements and installation.  At the end of day 1, all of the panel supports were installed with wiring and 27 enphase units.  Day 2 while working around the weather, all 27 panels were installed, wiring connected, attic and outdoor box installed with grounding.  By the end of the afternoon, installation was 100% complete, ready for inspection.  The installers worked with extreme professionalism in respecting the quiet neighborhood and keeping the work area clean throughout installation.  I already have and will continue recommending Sunpro for solar panel installations.

"Months before contacting Baird, I had two quotes for this job from companies that do mudjacking (as opposed to polyjacking). Due to complications, I couldn't schedule the repairs. When I followed up, the mudjacking outfits wouldn't return my calls and messages. So I went looking again and discovered Baird.
Baird was very responsive. The quote appointment went well. Kevin as punctual, professional, answered all of my questions, and calculated an estimate on the spot.
When it was time to schedule, I followed up with Chuck. We worked out a date.
The day of the work, Josh asked me about the details to make sure we both understood what was going to happen. He and his crew were polite, diligent, and were done in just a few hours. You can hardly tell they were here.
Every contact at Baird was generous with their time and attention. They each made themselves available for follow-up questions.
The quotes from the mudjacking outfits were less expensive (about $2000 opposed to Baird's $2900), but I couldn't get those guys to respond. In the end, I think the polymer will be a better product (smaller holes in my driveway, lighter and more weather-proof than concrete slurry), so I'm very satisfied overall.
