Called and wanted to set up an appointment to have them do the work but only for the stumps and maple tree. Would have the other work done later, and that finances were tight, but wanted to to but later. Fran said Mike would call, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM WOULD NOT CONTACT THEM AGAIN."

"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. "Ceiba did a very good job in cutting dead branches off of my neighbor's cherry tree which overhangs my alley and roof. Things went very well, considering the tight space they had to work in. They also did a good job in cutting back a lot of overhanging branches from another neighbor's tree in my yard and trimming overgrown bushes. All debris was removed and area cleaned up. I would highly recommend them."
