"We hired green star to do a pretty large shadow box fence for us. They came out and quoted us in a pretty timely manner, and the fence looked good when they finished. However, a couple weeks later the screws started popping out on multiple pickets. The pickets are bowing in quite a few places because the wrong screws were used. I contacted them and was told that they would be out to replace pickets that week. Two weeks later I contacted them again because no one showed up, again no one came. I contacted them again and was once again told they would come replace pickets that week. They never showed up, so my husband went ahead and fixed it himself. Overall not impressed."

"We contacted Coors for a quote on a new front French door. Scott came out within a week to take a look at the door we were hoping to replace. I was very impressed that he took the entire trim off my existing door to get an accurate measurement for the new door. He provided us with a quote for the new door within the week and kept in great contact with us while the door was ordered. When they installed the new door, they did a fantastic job and even took the extra time and effort to match the trim stain exactly. We couldn't of asked for a better end result! In fact, we are having them replace another door next month. Very professional, punctual, and great to work with!"

"The installation went well, the problem was that the fence took 2 months to arrive. The color and size was a special order, and supplier had just made their customized run so we had to wait until the next run. Blue’s fence communication was bad, the original date for install came and I had to call them when they did not show up. They then updated on issue. I told them when the second month came, that if it did not arrive and get installed within the week I was canceling the order. It arrived the next Tuesday and they installed it Wednesday"

"Robert and his crew did an excellent job. They were very careful and attentive to detail. I was impressed with their dedication to do quality work. When a board had a slight gap in it, Robert's technician expended great effort to scrape the plank off of the floor (our lower level flooring was glued to the concrete slab) and replace it with a new one. Robert also was very careful to do our stairways just right, and came back several times after we had already paid him to do touch ups! <br /> He will also move furniture, which other installers will not do, or will charge extra for doing. Robert's quote was about a thousand dollars less than Flooring Express' own installers (not counting furniture moving, which Flooring Express installers would have charged a lot for), and about half of what another contractor wanted. <br /> Robert has a small operation and he can't send in ten guys to finish a job in one day, so you have to be a little patient with the scheduling sometimes, but it is well worth it for quality work. I recommend them highly!! <br />"

"They are terrific. I absolutely love them. They will be coming back in the spring to do my roof. The guy suggested that I get the work done in the spring. When he came out to do the work, he removed my back door and put siding on the outside. He finished the inside. He changed the bathroom door for me. He also installed a new natural gas, tankless water heater for me. He was just terrific. Even the people, who worked for him, were outstanding. He also did a panel in the bedroom. They were all fantastic. He knows that I am a widow and has come back out several times to help me with my driveway. He was the most reasonable. I spent over $3000 on the job. He did excellent work. He is such a nice person. You will feel totally comfortable around him. He explains everything he does. He and his crew go out of their way in doing their job. I will use this company again in the future."

"We were extremely pleased with the whole process. Gary has been doing fence installing for a number of years and recently started All American Fencing on his own. First thing he does is stop by to estimate (for free) the job based on all the hardware/matierials you need plus his labor which is usually based on linear feet of the job. The thing that got my attention early on was that instead of buying all the materials through him, he gets estimates from any stores you choose (or his suggestions) using all the specs. for the job. Then you (the customer) simply pays for the materials directly to whatever store you choose and pay Gary directly for the labor when the job is done. This saved me a lot of money and the fence looks wonderful."

"While we had Tippecanoe Drywallers at our  house finishing up a previous job, I asked the owner if he could recommend anyone to put up a fence and it just so happened that he did fencing as well. It's not his main source of work, but he enjoyed the change from inside to outside. So he walked the back yard and he listened to our concerns about privacy and security and that we needed to keep two rambunctious dogs contained but we wanted the fence to look good and add value to the property. He said he would do a materials cost estimate and figure in the labor and get back with us soon. He contacted us with a quote, which we accepted. They took care of calling the utility companies and got the yard marked. Once that was done we were called  and  told they were  ready to start work. The process went very smooth and once the posts were set it went rather quickly. We called about  one board that was not secured and they had it fixed the next day. Neighbors were interested in the fence and were coming over to look as it progressed. The yard was pretty uneven but they did a good job back filling low spots. The guys that he had helping him on both jobs are very friendly and personable. We came in right on budget on both jobs and we were happy that the fence went up so quick despite a few snags with the weather. The fence looks great and will for a long time to come. <br />"
