"Rodney is the owner of Morehouse Painting. He was on time for the initial walk through and provided a timely quote. He was able to start painting per my timeframe. Rodney and Jeff did an excellent job, They were on time every day. We were matching existing colors and they were right on with the paint colors. We have high ceilings in part of the house....no problem. We had numerous nail pops. Those were repaired properly and look great. They also caulked as necessary. The interior looks like new again. Morehouse Painting gives "attention to detail" a whole new meaning. They found and repaired areas I didn't even notice previously. The exterior painting was pretty routine. It was done well and looks great. I rarely write reviews. Morehouse Painting is #1 in my book. You can trust Rodney and Jeff to any of your painting requirements. "<p>I had all exterior boards on my deck replaced.  My deck is about 450 square feet.  Lyndon came out and informed me of procedure, time frame and price.  He was very courteous and professional.  He explained to me that because boards were cedar they will need to be washed to remove film prior to staining.  There was no visible film at this time, but he let me know this was needed.  I had no doubt that Lyndon could do a quality job.  He was highly recommended.  The problem was, Lyndon didn't do the work, his crew did.  It is my opinion that his crew didn't do a very good job.  When the deck was finished there were "globs" of residue on the deck, siding, fence, and patio furniture.  I had placed furniture in my yard away from deck so residue on it was puzzling.  After I complained, Lyndon came out and inspected the work.  He said not to  remove residue from deck because it contained some treatment and color. (deck was slightly tinted)  He also said residue would vanish by following spring.  Here we are almost a year later and residue is still noticeable on the deck.  The residue on siding, fence, and furniture are no longer apparent.  I had to replace 5 of the new board on the deck and someone from Wood Medic came out and treated these boards.  I was not home at the time, but they did a wonderful job.</p>"

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"
