Ryan called the following morning, and he and Nick were at my door within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high."

Estimate was scheduled between 1-3pm, Nicolle called at 1:15 to let me know Matt would be there within 20-minutes and arrived then. From the office arranging the service call (next day) to the service technicians (on time), they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. As with all service calls to a house, it helped that I gave the office detailed information about the trouble and the type of unit (serial numbers, etc.) to be repaired, so the technicians knew right away about the diagnosis and solution. "The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."
