"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

For example not all of them follow the merry maid check list. I find everyone to be pleasant to deal with, courteous and friendly."

"The crew was prompt, polite, and hard working. There was a problem with the air conditioner and they worked very hard and were good sports about it although it was HOT in the house. They even cleaned things I wouldn't have thought to clean, like window screens and ceiling fan blades (though maybe that says more about my housekeeping...) in any case, we'd gladly and enthusiastically recommend them and use their services again!"
