Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. "We had an unfinished, subpar project started and left unfinished that we hired an acquaintance to do for us last year. (Contractor who did side jobs). BAD experience! He and partner Chris came the next day to assess the type of job, possible obstacles and solutions to getting the job done and completed per our budget and my time-frame (to surprise my husband for our anniversary). I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to answer all my questions and point out other contingencies they might encounter with the job. They were extremely polite and so kind and patient in their manner. Joe sent pics and updated me by text every day (we were away). He had everything finished by the time we came home.
