"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. Finding someone who was willing to work on a small repair to the cupola of my steep roof was proving to be a challenge until I found Chris Marshall on Angie's List. When I contacted Chris he came to my home the very same day to give me a firm estimate so that I could budget for this repair before winter. His estimate was fair and complete. He was very friendly and personable but what impressed me most was how thorough he was in explaining how he would repair the cupola. His detailed explanation made me feel confident I would not have to make more repairs for years to come. I could not believe how carefully and quickly they worked as a team to get this job done. I am so relieved that this part of my roof is repaired. I have programmed his number in my phone for any of my home contracting needs. And he will be the first contractor I call for any future jobs that I have. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family or friends. His prices are fair. He is trustworthy. He is efficient and thorough.
