"Seth and his sister seem like a pair of people that grew up wanting to be in the window business. Very professional - wonderful work, and significantly less priced than the next closest vendor. I will use them again."

"Window cleaning, interior and exterior. Excellent work. Very efficient snd professional. Price was excellent. I would recommend Top Notch anytime."

"Awesomely! My house and driveway had not been cleaned for a number of years. Everything looks so much better! Clean Verde sent two crews to my house: first, the person to pressure wash the house and soft wash the driveway, then the crew to wash the windows and screens. Each crew had a truck fitted with the equipment they needed for the job. Everyone was on time, polite, and hardworking. My driveway has never looked this good after pressure washing - Clean Verde’s soft washing does a MUCH better job. Same for my windows - this is not a guy standing on the ground with a pressure washer, these guys set up ladders, remove the screens and clean them, then wash the windows with hoses and squeegees (how double pane thermal windows should be done). My house is so much brighter inside! Clean Verde will be the people I call from now on for exterior cleaning."

"He is very thorough and cleaned gutter sides and my walkway. My house was really really dirty and he removed all traces of mold and dirt!"

"My windows have never been cleaner! Mario was so professional and provided excellent customer service and his services were better than expected! I will be recommending him to everyone I know! He definitely set â The Standardâ for the cleanest windows in my neighborhood!"

"We needed someone to clean our home before we moved in. We used HomeAdvisor to give recommendations as we're new to the area. We found S.W. to be professional and performed quality service. So much though that instead of using their services as a one-time extensive cleaning we're going to be using them for monthly service also. Awesome!"

"They did a really good job. Moving all the furniture and replacing back when they finished cleaning my patio. I asked about farm equipment and do that too. So in the future I'll have them back to do that too. Would highly recommend them."

"Was great trimming and clean up excellent would recommend them"

"A great job, and finished in good time."

"Jerry and Josh were very professional and conscientious in their work. They cleaned the gutters, washed windows and screens as well as the base of the windows. They also pressure washed walk, driveway and patio. We will have them back again."
