"The job was done in a timely manner. Everyone was great to work with in the front end with design and very accommodating with special request, However, the finish work lacked the quality I expected. We had a new shower installed with glass surround. I was away on business when they did the final inspection and my wife doesn?t quite have an eye for detail like i do. She did catch that the built in shelf was crooked and had them fix it. However the caulking job was very messy and inconsistent. It was smeared on surfaces that should not have caulk on it. A section along the ceiling was missed. They missed drilled the top support and you can see the exposed miss drilled holes. They didn?t even fill them. And they used black electrical tape on top of the sliding door glide to level the door properly. And there were several leaks around the glass wall . I had called the project manager a few times to try and discuss this and a few other issues and he never returned my call."
