Rick was flexible with me making changes during some of the remodel without any issues. He always kept me updated on progress and explained why he was doing things to meet code. There were issues with some of the kitchen tile being the wrong size and Rick handled it by contacting the company I purchased the tile and distributor. Friendly and trustworthy, most of the time I couldn’t be home so I gave him a key. If he needed assistance from another contractor he was always there escorting and supervising the contractor."
