Itâ s now winter and we can sit in our new room and watch the snow fall in comfort. It is our favorite room in our house. The crew working on our project were professional and friendly and had excellent suggestions for us along the way (thanks Mike and Kyle). We couldnâ t be more satisfied with our new room. "We had a sun porch installed by Four Seasons PAsunrooms about 2 years ago. It was a great installation and has performed with no problems except that a 3/4” metal piece that holds the screen door shut broke in two. They install porches like this and use this part on many screen doors. The part weighs less than ½ ounce and is simply a small piece of solid metal. I can install it myself so I asked PAsunrooms if I could get the part. They sent me a “quote” for $63 for this part ($60 for the part and $3 for shipping). Obviously outrageous for a ¾” piece of metal. Do business with them if you want to, but hope nothing breaks and you need a part."

"From sale to completion, it was perfect! Ron Reed was the first contractor to help us keep the look of our 180 year old home while providing us with affordable and high quality windows. The guys worked tirelessly on our installation. Given the age of our home, not one opening was perfectly square but they made sure each window looked square from the outside and secure on the inside. They dealt with a dryer vent that had to be piped through a window opening and helped reinstall window air conditioning units upstairs. They also helped to remediate water damage and carpenter ants in some of our window frames. We've noticed our home is cooler inside this summer, less breezy and fewer bugs.
