Dan and his guys demo’d a huge, old concrete patio and stairs along with clearing out numerous overgrown bushes. They installed a new patio and walkway along with two sets of entry stairs. The craftsmanship from EA Masonry is incredible and we recommend them to everyone we know who needs any type of masonry work done. You will not be disappointed."

"John (JEO) did a beautiful job installing a bluestone patio over an existing concrete slab. He and his two helpers were all skilled masons who clearly knew what they were doing. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to start with, but John was patient in explaining the issues and getting me to consider bluestone. I originally leaned away from bluestone because I thought the color would be wrong, but John has a good relationship with a stoneyard where they actually hand-picked some stones with brown patches, and the final patio looks great with the brownish house. Given the number of man-hours involved I thought the price was fair."

"We hired Driveway Specialists to do repairs to our driveway and to do a seal coat. I struggled with the rating here. If I were just evaluating them based on the quality of the work, I'd give an A. And the people I dealt with were polite and friendly. But my customer service experience with them was frustrating. I won't go into all the details here, but it boils down to this. They were at times difficult to get a hold of. Also, on ore than one occasion, I was told by them that a job would be done on a particular day or week, only to have them not show up when they said they would and not call or email to let me know or to offer an alternative. It should be a basic expectation that when someone says they're going to do work on Day X, they show up on Day X to work. And if they are unable to fulfill that commitment, they should contact the customer to let them know. On too many occasions, Driveway Specialists failed to meet that basic expectation of customer service. Reading the reviews on Angieslist, it is clear that others have had my experience, but that we are a minority. Most people seemed to have had great experiences with Driveway Specialists. I can confirm the high quality of their finished work . But my customer service experience with them was bad."
