He was incredible to work with; very professional, easy to contact. He always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. I spoke with Jeremy also. He was fantastic as well. The day of the install, everything went off like clockwork. They arrived on time and started. Jeff and the crew were all very personable, and boy did they work hard. They dug out my backyard in record time and moved on. The synthetic turf itself is beautiful and clearly a quality product. The drainage during the rain is a nonissue; it goes right through perfectly. Jeff's installation of it, is simply stunning. I LOVE it !!! The seams are virtually seamless. (I had seen installs of other companies that were horrible). I would recommend Jeff and Jeremy ANY DAY TO ANYONE. In today's world it's rare to find a company that places such high standards on themselves... to provide a quality product, at a fair price, with outstanding customer service practices. I was lucky to find all that with this company. They are truly, that rare company. I can't say enough about what a fantastic job they did. I'm so thankful. I LOVE my new backyard !!!"
