The work went exceptionally well,  The cost was somewhat higher because there was a need to break up concrete floor in basement for a drain pipe and then re-cement the floor.  Also, wood trim was replaced on floors, the bathroom painted and a new door with hardware installed.

We are exceptionally pleased with professionalism of Rob and his friendliness.  He all helped in a non=associated minor electrical task with no charge.
