"Kim Poulin came out for the initial conversation to understand our project. Ron Poulin then came out for the technical and creative discussion. Ron is knowledgeable, detailed, and proud of his work. His work ethic is impeccable. He wants his customers to be happy and goes above and beyond to achieve that. The following are examples: 1. The gap between the door from the garage and the pavers was excessive so Ron put in a beautiful stone step to match at no additional cost because we had not discussed it. 2. We were away when they finished the project. When we returned we had a severe storm that washed away a lot of the fresh mulch. When he called to see how things were I mentioned this and he offered to replace the washed away mulch at no cost. Through the entire project he worked with us as far as scheduling and modifying our project. The crew and Ron arrived promptly every day and were there when I expected them to be. Communication is excellent via email or cell phone. The price for the work performed was very fair. I interviewed 3 companies, one was $6000 more and Picture Perfect and the other company were about equal. <br /> The sidewalks are truly beautiful and we just love the way everything looks. We so enjoyed working with Ron and the crew from Picture Perfect Landscaping that we would recommend them to anyone who asks. In fact the old pavers we removed in the back of our house are my neighbors' new patio, and Ron and crew installed them. "The price was very reasonable and the company was reasonable easy to schedule. The quality of the job was very poor. A team of three guys showed up with ladders and blowers and basically blasted everything that could me moved with air. No water in the process at all, pretty much all the baked on dirt is still there. To top it off, they blew a ton of dirt and leaves onto one of my porches the day before Thanksgiving and just left it without cleaning up. To their credit they did send a crew back to clean it up when i complained. Overall a very unsatisfying experience and i would never use the company again."

"I've been using them for probably the last four years or so.  We actually see them in the neighborhood.  They do a good job. The staff is very good.  It is an interesting line of work; it is not a work that I would do.  Scott seems to run the whole lawn and we appreciate that.  We had one problem were they over sprayed and fried the lawn a little bit but they did come out and looked at what happened to the lawn and gave us some credit.  They were responsive to the complaint but they did fry the grass.  Their prices are fine."
