"Initially we went with Lowes who hired a contractor for our bathroom remodel. The whole experience was a complete nightmare. Homeworks was hired to demo the bathroom and fix the multitude of major issues. They were quick, incredibly great to work with, and the new bathroom was done properly with an outstanding end product. We will be sticking with Homeworks for all future projects."

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"Connor Building & Design is an exceptional company to work with. My wife and I had Jake build us a home that we are extremely happy with. Jake suggested sub contractors that he has built a relationship over time and also let us pick our own. The option was left up to us. Jake was patient with us since it was our first time building a home. He let us present our ideas and thoughts and then applied his knowledge and expertise to the ideas given to him. His expansive knowledge helped us work well as a team to provide us with our overall outcome on our new home. The Connors are wonderful people, who work for you, and work guide you through the process. Marilyn Connor has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to design, budgeting and oversight, those skills helped us stay within budget. In turn that kept the stress of the building situation to a minimum. I would highly recommend Connor Building and Design to anyone who has a home project to be done or have them build you a home."

"Home Renovations did a great job from start to finish. Brad our salesman came through with answers, suggestions, and was very prompt. Our project was replacing 28 windows, two stories of metal siding, and rain gutters. The new windows keep the temperature more constant and it is so quiet. It turned out beautifully and we would highly recommend them and the products they use."

"Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."

"Greg and Jeanette were great! Greg came on time and Jeanette called if he would be late. The workers came when expected and finished our roof in a short amount of time. Greg recommended Tilcor roofing which is perfect for our situation where we get strong winds. We are extemely happy with our new roof."

BARRETT CONCRETE CUTTING

"I need to revise a previous review. Jim did do excellent work. His cuts were absolutely plumb, straight and horizontal. Previously I made a statement regarding the precision of his cuts and that was only due to one cut extending outside of the area necessary to install the window. I previously stated that I would not use Jim again, which is misleading. I merely meant that, being fairly handy myself, I would feel confident enough to do the same job myself in the future after having seen how it is done. As far as the quality of workmanship, I have no significant reason for criticism. The final product is excellent, complies with code, and provides much better lighting for our future basement bedrooms than what was there before."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in East Helena, MT

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
