"Carmine did an excellent job on my front stoop. He removed the old stoop and then rebuilt a new one. He is an excellent communicator and was very punctual. I would recommend him to anyone looking for brick work and his prices are fair."

"I want to thank Alex and his crew fromm AA & Son Masonary Inc. for doing a fantastic job on my new retainiong wall. It was a very difficult job but Alex and his crew made it look easy. Their work was impeccable . They showed up on time every day. Alex who was on the job every day even stayed longer to finish the job one day. The clean up was simply amazing. We would highly reccomend Alex and AA & Son Masonary for any type of masonary job. We couldn't be any happier ! Alex is the Best !"

"Excellent contractor. Responded to request for quote, visited the property promptly, after receiving photos to ensure nothing was missed in quoting the job. Gave a price, and stuck to that estimate. He explained the issues involved and gave options for approaches to fixing the problems. He was flexible in arranging a time when my tenant could give him access to electricity and water. Contractor showed up to the job with one additional workman on time. Did a very nice job, and cleaned up well afterwards. He even fixed up a few spots needing additional concrete to fill gaps, and while he was at it, he provided estimates for repairs on rear steps, as well as some further touch-up work to restore the finish to some main wall brick area. Steve, the owner/operator is a gentleman, and a very straightforward and down-to-earth person. He's easy to work with, and I highly recommend him for masonry work."

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."

"Had a great experience with this company . They did a beautiful job, I love it . We had brick built around the house, pavers put in front yard and closed up an AC in the wall hole with brick. Job got done on time , guys very on top of everything , stayed in contact with me constantly and asked questions along the way so it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again . 5 stars"

"We are very happy with our backyard. The quality of the work is great."

"Icame in contact with Assertive Construction to repair my brick steps that came loose and the base crumbled. I'm very happy with the finished job. Ervin gave us a fair quote, and finished the work right on schedule. He was polite, kept the work area clean, and the finished steps look solid and beautiful. Highly recommend him for any home masonry needs!"

"We have used Peter for almost 20 years at two different residences. He transformed our backyard and our property with complete landscaping services along with hardscape for pool, patio and brick steps. He is very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. His masons and workers have been with him for YEARS and their skill is unmatched. Would highly recommend."

"Mr. Torres was great with all the work we had done. We went to his office where we picked out the color stones for our brick steps and paver walkways. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be going back to him for future work."

"The 2 Marios - father and son - were very courteous . They installed a new concrete sidewalk between my asphalt driveway and a ramp that had been installed by someone else in my back yard. The walkway is beautiful, and should serve me well if and when a wheelchair becomes necessary. The price was quite reasonable, and they even moved several concrete blocks that I owned to a different area of my backyard, as requested! Virtually everything was perfectly done. The only reason I gave them 4.5 stars instead of the full 5 - was that I had asked them 3 times to be sure to reroll my heavy hose that they used onto the storage wheel. But - they forgot; and I had to do it myself. I'm sure this old lady replaced the hose wrong, because I don't know how my late husband used to do this. But - it's out of the way again. Other than that minor thing - their concrete sidewalk is beautiful, perfectly straight and level - so I can recommend them to others!!"
