"Not all the employees treat the entire lawn..."

"The good news...They were very professional, knowledgable and cleaned up each day (3 day job) . They took down 8 trees and trimmed another 15. Four of the 8 trees were in a VERY difficult location. The stump grinder was there the next day and did 6 stumps and filled in the depressions on the lawn. It was an excellent clean up. The Bad News..... Communication was lost somewhere between my speaking to the boss and the guy with the chain saw in his hand. They overtrimmed half the trees. They even did trimming the boss told me he didn't recommend! My wife is heartbroken. I would still recommend them BUT take the time off from work and WATCH them"

"Joe has been mowing my lawn and providing extra landscaping services as needed for 3 years. He does great work. Always on time and very pleasant. My yard looks great thanks to him."

"I have them come every year to do my lawn maintenance and fertilization. They are very professional, punctual and they do a great job while making sure you are satisfied.  For example, I had to have them come back last year because things were not done to my liking and they returned the next day to make sure everything was trimmed exactly the way I wanted it."

"I signed a contract with TurfMasters and they have been bought out by Tru Green. I now have weeds in the lawn and it is not the same service and product that I received in the past. I am really dismayed that this went on in the middle of the season. I like to be here when I get my lawn treated. I like speaking with someone at the actual company instead of talking to a call center rep. I like continuity! I definitely will not use them again in the future."

"Excellent experience! The owner, Jeff, is very professional, has great communication skills, and is easy to work with. He did an exceptional job with our mulch and lawn care. Will definitely hire again!"

"I heard back from Best Buds right away and made a next day appointment. Dominick was very knowledgeable about what I needed and guided me towards the most economical service. The weather caused a delay in the work being done but they were back the next morning to complete the job. I had a wild lawn that hadn't been mowed in a while and they did a great job. My next appointment is on the books."

"Very well! Came as promised, worked hard and cares about his clients satisfaction with his work! I have already scheduled him for more projects."
