He did the repairs and nailed a few areas of metal for me that were not in the original quote. Some of the roof sealant got on the brick and I called him about it. He came out, we discussed options and he was able to remove the sealant so everything looks great! He is very knowledgeable, a good worker and truly cares about his work as well as the customer. "Called Superior Insulation's phone number yesterday morning and left message. Rick called back at 5 PM. Told him what I need done. We discussed approximate price for job. I wanted him to meet at my house to see the attic to finalize a price. Rick and Jim met me this morning, looked at the attic and gave me a price. I agreed on their proposal and he did the project right away. Two hours later I had an attic with an R49 value again. The home is 17 years old and the insulation had shrank to about 4-6". I was well please with their knowledge and professionalism that Rick and Jim used on the installation and the answers to my questions that I asked of them. Everything was cleaned up and a hand shake after the job and now I can keep the heat and cool in my house instead of it going through the roof.

Very quick service, once estimate was completed I called the following week to approve estimate. John then followed up with some possible dates to complete the roof. Once I selected a start date, which was approx. 2 week after estimate, the 3 man Crew showed up at 8 am with John to start. Very hard working efficient crew. Old roof was off quickly, roll-off dumpster arrived on time and roofing materials showed up right on time and hoisted on the roof. Roof was installed that day. No mess, no fuss.
