"Job was preformed exactly as quoted, and described. The Crew were professional and completed the job within a day. I would recommend Beantown for roof replacement. Very happy with the new roof installed, and quality of products used."

"A very professional team and Brian was very responsive, had a lot of good suggestions and knowledge on the best approach short and long term for our commercial metal roof. No complaints here. I highly recommend them!"

"I had a roof replaced on m detached garage including all wood. Also had a small flat roof replaced. Both were in bad shape and for the flat roof that I had to redo the joists and outer wood. I have used them twice now and in both cases they were very responsive to phone calls and was able to schedule both jobs very quickly. In both cases they took their time to make sure the underlying surface/wood was replaced and fixed prior to roofing."

"I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. I would definitely recommend Robert Evans Jr. Contracting for all your roofing needs."

"Exact Exteriors is exactly who you need! The work done is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The owners are wonderful and they worked with me through all my plan changes and helped me decided on the right materials and colors, they were present before during and after the work was done to ensure everything was perfect, honestly above and beyond and I couldn't ask for more! Thank you!"

"Excellent. I have NEVER dealt with such a GREAT company. I am very leery of contractors because of past experiences. I am completely awestruck and amazed at the crew that Tom Bean had do my roof. There is only one way to describe the whole process from project quote to finish, EXCELLENT and a pleasant surprise. Thank you!!!"

"This crew of ten (yes 10 guys ) men just completed a roof replacement on my 2,500 square foot colonial home with a 3 car garage in literally 12 hours, (most of one day and a few hours the following morning)! I have never seen anything like it, this is a well oiled machine. These guys even cleaned up very well! The roof looks spectacular and makes the house look brand new! I received at least four quotes for my roof replacement and spent a good amount of time researching the right company to choose. I can confidentially say that I made the right choice. The price was fair and completely in line with other bids. The quote was the exact same number that I paid in the end which was a relief. A roof is big investment for a lot of people but it will last 20-30 years with the right shingles and installation. I have literally zero complaints about this company and crew and I know they would come back in a heartbeat if I had any issues at all. Helpful tips... I chose to work from home during the two days of the roof replacement because I did not want the dog to go crazy in his crate all day from the noise. The dog slept through the noise but if you have the option, I strongly suggest that you leave your home. It's a very loud process and you might start to think that the guys are going to come crashing through the roof so no need to worry! It is important to remove all the items on the walls so don't forget to do this! Also, I was worried that the ceiling fixtures might come crashing down but they did not! PHEW! Start with Mac and end with Mac .It is a win-win! Thanks guys!"
