"When we purchased a home in Naperville, we knew that we would install a new kitchen, but were unsure about any other changes. After consulting with several kitchen and bath remodelers, we found The Kitchen Master, and designer, Adam Hartig. Adam took time to listen to our ideas, and then added his professional expertise and vision. Following his advice, we decided to “open up” the main floor with some structural changes, rehab the kitchen and bathroom and also install hardwood flooring. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. It is not only beautiful, but functional and beyond our expectations. The communication aspect of the project, and the quality and timeliness were all excellent."

"<p>While home visiting my parents, some of the worst storms hit the area in the longest time. There roof took most of the impact of damage. I set up a few appointments with local roofing companies to get some estimates. With me only visiting for another week, I wanted to be there for the estimates. I explained to the companies that I called, my parents were elderly. They don't deal with stuff like that well and I wanted to be around to help. Only 2 companies understand the situation and agreed to come out ASAP. Out of the 2, Full Service Roofing was the only one who actually came out. </p> <p>The gentleman I met with understood I was trying help my parents and squeezed me in between appointments to make sure I was able to be there for the estimate. After coming back home, the parents ended up getting 2 more estimates weeks later. Those estimates were comparable with Full Service Roofing. My parents said the other 2 companies were extremely pushy. I'm not going to bash them by putting there names on here but one tried to tell my parents on if they didn't sign and give a deposit that day it could be months before they could do the job. I don't go for the pushy sales tactics and neither does Dad. </p> <p> Following some research on the company and reading the reviews on here they ended up going with Full Service Roofing. They were rated really high and had great reviews. A manger came out to get the contract signed and take the deposit. He noticed my Marine Corps pictures and found out I was a Veteran. They ended up knocking a little more off the price and thanked my parents for my service. </p> <p> As you get older people tend to try to take advantage of you especially during times of need. I was worried someone would do this to them. Not the case here. The roof has since been installed and my parents said everything went better then expected. If there happy I'm happy.</p> <br />"

"Phil was great, professional and reliable; provided his cell phone just in case any questions came up.  Also wanted to make sure he understood the job so came back for second visit to ensure alignment.  Great customer service and quality of work, no need to look further.  No pressure sales pitch and understood what we wanted and injected opinion based on experience.  Job well done. <br /> <br /> UPDATE:  following the winter we turned on our sprinkler system and had a lead where the drainage pipe goes, after removing the rocks I noticed that the sprinkler pipe was bent *probably to fit the drainage under the bent.  The bent was so bad that it disconnected that sprinkler pipe from main connection underground and had a hole due to the bend.  I am disappointed that not only this was not communicated during install but was not fixed *it is right above the drainage pipe covered by gravel was installed and the soil that was put back on the side of the house is higher then the "normal" ground."

"My cedar shake roof sustained hail damage and started leaking in December, 2019. SS Builders came out and covered the leak with a tarp to stop any further damage. The interior drywall was ruined due to the leak. The contractor worked with me to submit the insurance claim and once the claim was approved, work began right on time as scheduled. The entire old cedar shake roof was removed and a new one installed while keeping with the current code. All of the necessary permits were also handled by SS Builders. The 3 old skylights were also not up to code and had to be replaced along with the attic vent fan and ridge fans. The interior work was scheduled to be completed after the exterior work was done and it went without a hitch. The roof took about 1 week of work to remove the old shingles and install the new ones. The interior work took about 3 days of time for the drywall and painting. The entire job was completed by April 20, 2020 due to some stoppages because of the weather and the new skylights not being delivered in time by the factory. SS Builders are very good at communicating what they were supposed to do and they did all the work in a timely manner. They are very professional in what they do and they cleaned up the entire exterior and interior after they were done. The owner was in constant communication with me at all times and answered any question or concern that I had promptly and completely. The work was done to my satisfaction and the finished roof looks lovely – my neighbors have even complimented me on how nice the roof looks. It has rained and snowed since the roof work was completed and there are no leaks or any need to have SS Builders come back. They do offer a warranty on their work and I would have no hesitation in using them for any work that I might have in the future. I strongly recommend using them for any roofing / building project you might have as they are one of the best in the business."
