"Joshua was amazing! He was friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us get our pool up for the summer! He was helpful and knowledgeable about his craft and went the extra mile to provide us with the best experience. I would recommend him time and time again!"

"All was great! Very easy to work with and they went out the way to accommodate a couple other things I needed while the hole was open in my foundation. Highly Recommended!!"

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"Great company to work with! They do great work and are always professional and easy to work with."

"UPDATE: Mike was to come back and seal the fence. He did not do this nor did he return any phone calls or emails about this. Very Disappointing. I guess we shouldn't have paid him the full amount until he came back and sealed the fence. Mike's pricing was a little bit higher but due to the customer service he gave compared to the other larger companies we are having him do the fence and are signing the contract tonight. We are very impressed with him. thank you!"

"I hired them to install a wood deck. I had four separate companies give me estimates and they came in the lowest. I did not feel pressured from them. They listened to what I wanted when they came for the initial estimate. They removed the old deck and installed the new one. Solid quality deck. Would definitely use again."

"The experience was great. Jeff and Samuel went above and beyond the service to please us. The work was excellent. My husband is a perfectionist, and he was even very pleased with their work. We are building a new home, and we will definitely use Evans Craig home Improvement in the future."

"Completed job in a timely manner. Quoted on repair on Monday and completed on Wednesday."

"I was quoted a "ballpark" of $3000 over the phone with a description of what I wanted. They came to measure (which was actually less than what I descript footage wise) and then called back with a quote around $4200. They said they were new to decks and it showed. If they are that far off from "ballpark" to measure and new to decks, I don't know if I could trust their quote or work."
