"We hired Nauset Kitchens to remodel our kitchen, install wood floors in our kitchen that match the rest of the house. The Kitchen and the refinished pine wood floors are spectacular. Adam and his team, came in at a reasonable price, stayed on schedule, and the only contractor who offered to refinish all the first floor hard wood floors, along with the new kitchen floor. We can't say enough good things about Nauset Kitchens, our new kitchen and new floors. I do highly recommend Adam and team at Nauset Kitchens for any kitchen remodel. "We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. "I was very impressed from the beginning to the very end of my shower project with Patriots. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. All the workers were very respectful of my house while doing the job, very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they went along working. "Mike was quick to respond, messaging then picking up the phone (the old fashioned way). He also was the closest to me, location wise. He asked for a few photos of the water heater needing replacing. I had no luck searching an electric heater in the same size. We discussed the pros & cons of downsizing, but he was able to special order what I had wanted, with delivery the next day! He was able to adjust his schedule to install the heater shortly afterwards! After an initial glitch of my breaker switch tripping & water not heating up, I am very pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, if the need arises & would definitely recommend him to others!"

"Marcelo and his team did a beautiful job on my bathroom remodel. They got rid of the old pink tile and bathtub that was covered with Bath Fitter panels that caused mold. They were punctual and communicated any issues and gave me suggestions about how the tile should be laid. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Marcelo is meticulous, so don’t expect a rush job. He built and installed a linen cabinet for the bathroom as well. I hired them again to cover the old plaster walls in the bedrooms with 3/8” Sheetrock because they weren’t in the best condition. They taped, plastered and primed the walls so well that I don’t want to paint them. They also installed new windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We’ve already started designing my dream kitchen for next Spring’s project. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!!"
