"I received a call from Byam construction within minutes of my inquiry for repair of a broken patio sliding glass door. The screw holding the frame had come off and I was unable to open or shut the door. Although not an emergency, Mr Byam came out on a rainy Saturday evening at 7:00 pm to take a look. This kind man took the time to search for the exact screw needed to fix the door. I should add that his repair has saved me thousands of dollars as if he was unable to fix the issue I would have been looking at replacing the entire structure!
