He kept me informed on a daily basis and was very helpful explaining the scope of work as it took place for removing the slab in my 2 car garage and pouring a new reinforced slab. "Excellent Job. If you, like us, have been trying to get a new patio done but have no time or travel too much, then Dave and his crew are the right folks for you. From the first meeting, Dave took on the full project management role and exceeded expectations in the ahead of time project completion and quality of work. After contracting them to do the job, we were away for several weeks and thru text and photo status of projects and calls on any questions regarding tbe project - he got it done and done ahead of schedule. Key is to clearly spell out and visualize mark 1. Total patio space and put markers in corners of entire location 2. Agree on pavers from the start 3. Agree on time the project must be completed by 4. Get total cost upfront and payment schedule. If you will be away, make clear arrangements for 3 phase payment. 5.
