He kept me informed on a daily basis and was very helpful explaining the scope of work as it took place for removing the slab in my 2 car garage and pouring a new reinforced slab. "I needed to repair some foundation cracks at my home and Andi smart renovation did great job. First they cleaned out the crack area completely removing all dust and loose concrete. Then they opened the crack slightly to make sure the repair matrial could go deep inside for a solid bond. After the repair cured they waterproofed the area with foundation coating to prevent moisture from coming through again. Everything was done carefully and professionally from preparation to cleanup. I recommend them for any foundation repair work they know exactly what they?re doing and take pride in doing it right."
