I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. We contacted them and two days later they were there doing the repair. They also advised us to repair the other roof boot that they saw needing repair as well and took care of it. "Our Home was in need of a complete exterior update. We went online looking for potential contractors and the very 1st person to contact us was Jeremy from Sensible Home Products. Jeremy came to visit my wife and I and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Jeremy used great contractors to replace our gutters and exterior lights. In addition, would like to provide a special shout out to Hemi from Hemi Garage Doors as our new garage doors look wonderful. Since completion of the project I have been stopped by several couples walking by the house to say they love all the upgrades made to our home. "Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent.
