First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. We were able to discuss next steps I was thinking of for that bathroom. I was giving some very good advice. Excellent work! I recommend them and I will used them again when they he time comes"
