"Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. "Cory and his team (Don) were professional from beginning to end and no task was too much. My initial call was about just installing an outlet and running ethernet cable to 2 rooms. But while talking he said he would hang up the tv as well as long as I had a bracket, which was amazing! I really thought I was going to have to do that myself or find a handyman for such a small project. Needless to say it took them less than an hour to install the outlet and hang the tv. The ethernet cable seemed to be more of a challenge due to my homes older construction but they made it work and I am absolutely thrilled with the final product.
